Ang Ibong Adarna ay isang epiko sa isang karakter ng parehong pangalan na inaakalang ginawa ni José de la Cruz[pananangguni'y kailangan], isang Pilipinong may-akda. Nakasentro ang alamat na ito na mula sa Pilipinas, ang isang mahiwagang ibon na nakakapagpagaling ng anumang karamdaman sa pamamagitan ng kanyang tinig. Ngunit mahirap makahuli nito sapagkat nakaaantok ang kanyang tinig at nagiging bato ang sinuman matamaan ng kanyang ipot. Mayroong tatlong prinsipe na sumubok na sugpuin ito. Sila ay si Don Pedro, Don Diego at si Don Juan, hinanap nila ito upang magamot ang sakit ng kanilang amang hari.
